About me
Dr. Lorianne Ventura is an educator with over twenty-five years of experience across TK-14 as well as nineteen years of site and district leadership. She is passionate about enhancing student outcomes by focusing on building a strong, inclusive, and connected community. She has a strong instructional background focusing her efforts on developing teacher capacity and fostering collective efficacy. In her role as principal, she led three different schools through successful implementation and continuous improvement in the areas of AVID, PBL, PBL, MTSS, and SEW. She is recognized for being forward-thinking, leadership development, capacity building and mentorship. She was recognized in Region 6 as Elementary Principal of the Year and Middle School Principal of the Year, In addition, she was recognized by State ACSA as Middle School Principal of the Year. Dr. Ventura is the Region 6 President-Elect.
Outside work, Lorianne enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, baking, and trying new things.
