Tess Johnson is a dedicated education professional with extensive experience in various roles, including teacher, principal, and Director of Student Services in the Dublin Unified School District. She has been the founding principal of three schools: Bay Farm School, Dublin Elementary, and Fallon Middle School. Currently an educational consultant and ACSA leadership coach, Tess also serves as Executive Director for Innocent Voices, a nonprofit supporting vulnerable children worldwide.
