Jan Rogenski is the Assistant Superintendent of Educational Services in the Walnut Creek School District, where she has led teaching and learning initiatives for the past eight years. Committed to advancing equity in education, Jan is a member of the National Equity Project’s District Network and grounds her work in Epoch Education’s Compassionate Dialogue framework. She is passionate about fostering inclusive learning environments and ensuring all students have access to high-quality education. With a strong focus on equity-driven leadership, Jan collaborates with educators, families, and the community to support meaningful, student-centered learning experiences in the K-8 district.
