New site administrators must balance listening and acting, fostering relationships, and setting the school’s strategic direction. Building trust, promoting transparency, and demonstrating a solid commitment to the district and school's mission will set the stage for long-term success in the role. This presentation will highlight best practices, evidence based strategies, and provide a scope and sequence for a new administrators first 100 days in their position.
