Guided by our Strategic Directions and equity pillar, we create inclusive environments that empower all students. Board support and partnerships, such as with PFLAG, have been crucial in shifting conditions, implementing initiatives, and addressing challenges. We value diverse voices in improving LGBTQIA+ efforts and remain committed to examining structures, practices, and partnerships to meet students' needs. Join us to explore our leadership practices, successes, and challenges in building systemic conditions that foster belonging and success for LGBTQIA+ students.
