Elevating Math Instructional Leadership through Coaching and Lesson Study

In this session, we’ll dive into a case study of how Cottonwood Creek School worked alongside Dublin Unified’s Curriculum and Instruction Team to support teachers in using the lesson study model for effective curriculum implementation. We’ll explore how this collaboration helped enhance student outcomes by fostering teacher growth, promoting teamwork, and aligning instructional practices with school goals. Through this real-world example, participants will gain actionable insights into using coaching and lesson study to drive improvement and create a sustainable model for elevating math instruction across schools.
